This course meets:

Our course combines in-person training with self-paced online learning:

The training includes a mix of theoretical learning and practical scenarios, covering:
✅ Scene assessment & management
✅ Primary assessment
✅ Adult, child & infant CPR (QCPR app provides real-time feedback on technique)
✅ Use of Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
✅ Choking first aid techniques
✅ Bleeding and shock management
✅ Injuries (Fractures, Dislocations, Sprains & Strains)
✅ Medical emergencies (Heart Attack, Stroke, Diabetes, Seizures, Asthma)
✅ Burns (Thermal)
✅ Poisoning emergencies
✅ Must hold an equivalent first aid certificate issued within the last 2 years and 3 months.
✅ The course is delivered in English, and a basic understanding of English is required.
✅ Participants must be physically able to kneel on the floor to perform CPR.
✅ Participants must be atleast 16 years old, unless they have parental consent.
What is a Refresher/Revalidation Course?
A Refresher course renews either a Workplace, Comprehensive or equivalent first aid qualificationHow long does Refresher First Aid certification last?
Certification is valid for 2 years. There is a three-month grace period from your certificate's expiry date to complete your refresher course.Do I get a certificate after completing this course?
