Our Save a Life Course is ideal for anyone needing fundamental first aid knowledge and skills, including those who do not require workplace-complianct first aid training. It is also perfect for community groups, clubs, churches and similar organisations.
The course emphasizes hands-on, practical training in an engaging and interactive learning environment.
It is delivered in accordance with current ANZCOR Guidlines by certified NZRC Emergency care instructors

🇬🇧 The course is delivered in English, and a basic understanding of English is required.
🧎♂️ Participants must be physically able to kneel on the floor to perform CPR.
🎂 Participants must be at least 16 years old, unless they have parental consent.
What is an Basic Life Support Course?
A Basic Life Support (BLS) course equips learners with essential practical skills to perform CPR accurately and to clear a foreign body obstruction (choking) in adults, children, and infants. Participants will also learn how to effectively set up and use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
Who should take this course?
This course is ideal for individuals who wish to learn life-saving skills or refresh their existing knowledge. The New Zealand Resuscitation Council recommends updating CPR training annually.
Do I get a certificate after completing this course?
Yes! You’ll receive a first aid e-certificate upon successful completion of the course.
Can you register NZQA credits?
No, this certificate does not include NZQA credits.
