Basic Life Support
This affordable short course covers DRSABCD, CPR, and choking—ideal as an introduction to first aid. The New Zealand Resuscitation Council recommends annual CPR training. $90 excl GST
Control the Bleed
This hands-on short course teaches life-saving bleeding control techniques—direct pressure, wound packing, and tourniquet use—to help sustain life until emergency services arrive.$150 excl GST
